This is the operator's manual that accompanies the Epson HX-20 portable computer and provides the instructions to use the Epson to program a conventional, 32-Mode Syntor X 9000 radio and control head.  The manual is Motorla Part Number 68-80309B05-O.  The information in the manual is intended for assisting in programming with the Epson, but much of it is useful for Syntor X 9000 programming in general.
