MOTOROLA ASTRO (XTS3000, XTS3500, ASTRO SABER, ASTRO SPECTRA) ASK (ADVANCED SYSTEM KEY) REMOVAL

There are a few ways to do that. For example, by using Astro Depot tool. But this way requires PC with native serial port (Windows XP recommended), Astro Depot software, patch for it, SmartRIB (RLN1015) and serial ribless cable. Total cost of required Motorola is near $300 (used) and not always available even in the USA. That is, this option is unacceptable if you need to do this operation only once or for a few radios only. 

For this reason, we written our own tool to remove ASK from Astro radios. It requires only Windows OS and any programming cable (native serial or emulated over USB). But nothing else. 

This is our private RADIOSOFTWARE.ONLINE tool known as "BYE-BYE-ASK" and works as a paid service.

ASK REMOVAL FOR COSTS $50/EACH RADIO, AND PAID VIA PAYPAL.

The tool requires a KEY to work, and cannot be used without it. This is why it can be distributed freely, but cannot be used without our permission.

"BYE-BYE-ASK" supports only Astro series radios, including XTS3000, XTS3500, Astro Saber and Astro Spectra. And DOES NOT support Astro25 series radios (XTS1500, XTS2500, XTS4000, XTS5000, etc.)
