MOTOROLA TETRA SCOUT 12.2.1 

1. Install 'Sentinel_LDK_Run-time_setup' first
2. Then, intall fresh multikey from here http://testprotect.com/download/mk_20.0.0.7z
3. Generate a password 

PASSWORD IS: testprotect.com
Free license on that site from .reg files (add generated license string to .reg's)

4. Install SCOUT and skip included HASP install.
5. Then, run multikey install as an admin.

Tested on Win 8.1 under virtualbox 32 bit. Works fine.
