CPS Enhancements:

'Enable Flat Tx Audio' field has been added to the Radio Configuration
Option Board screen, this field enables a data path for an external 
option board. Flat Tx Audio allows for backward compatibility and should 
only be enable with full knowledge of the option board type to be used.
