GenerateMotorolaSystemKey.exe is a Windows GUI for generating Motorola system key files.  Enter the 4 digit hex system ID, a system name, and system location and press Create Key File to create two identical files, one the system key named as required by the Motorola RSS software, and the second the same file, but named to include the descriptive information.
