For Motorola GP300-GM300_R03.09.03_EN.zip CPS software.

After the installation of the Motorola GP300-GM300_R03.09.03_EN, 
copy the file in the folder and start it when you need to 
read/write a password protected radio/codeplug.
You can also delete the codeplug/radio password.
Use 0 for the password to delete it.
After this is done,save the codeplug and/or write it into the radio.
