Unfortunately, we have to increase the annual membership fee from $155 USD to $199 USD.

We kept the price unchanged for 5 years. Before us, the previous owners of this resource kept it unchanged for another 13 years. In total, this project has operated for 19 years without a membership price increase. We managed to do something almost impossible: no similar resource in the world has continued for so long without increasing prices.

During these years, the cost of SSD and HDD storage required for the collection has grown dramatically, in some cases up to four times. Traffic, hosting, maintenance, and IT wages have also increased, together with the global inflationary trend. Without this change, the resource simply will not be able to continue.

Our IT service suppliers, for example, raise prices twice a year. Until now, we have never passed those increases on to our members. Now we have to adjust as well. We ask for your understanding and continued support.

We no longer accept PayPal and we do not recommend this payment system to anyone.

In our experience, PayPal gives merchants too little control over their own funds. Money can be held or frozen, account decisions may be difficult to appeal, and the appeal system is closed and unclear from the outside. When a payment provider controls both the money and the practical appeal channel, the seller is left in a weak position.

Fees, currency conversion losses, dispute costs, and chargeback-related risks are also a serious problem. For international payments, the final cost may be much higher than it looks at first, especially when several intermediaries, conversions, or reversals are involved.

We also consider PayPal's seller protection rules unclear and unreliable for our type of digital membership service. The interface feels outdated, support quality is inconsistent, and we have experienced rude operators closing chat discussions in one click, leaving no normal way to continue the same conversation.

For public reference, PayPal reviews on Trustpilot currently show a 1.3 rating and mark the service as bad. Similar user discussions can also be found on Reddit:

If this creates inconvenience for you, we are sorry. However, if you want to be a member of this club and help support and develop it, you will have to tolerate some inconvenience. If this is an absolutely irreconcilable contradiction for you, we will survive without you.

On January 1, 2026, the RADIOSOFTWARE.ONLINE collection reached 23,600 files with a total size of 1.47 TB, and it is continuously growing.
