How much does membership cost?
$199 USD (United States dollars) per year. Renewal costs the same.
Why is it not free for everyone?
Because we do a lot of work to keep this project alive: obtaining files, testing and sorting them, supporting members every day, often including weekends and holidays, maintaining server hardware, paying for traffic and IT support, coding, and developing new features.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods depend on your country, account type, and current payment channel availability. Please see the Payments section for current options and instructions.
Why don't you accept PayPal?
We no longer accept PayPal and do not recommend this payment system. In our experience, PayPal gives merchants too little control over their own funds, may hold or freeze money, has high fees and currency conversion losses, and provides a closed and unclear appeal process. We also consider its seller protection unreliable for digital membership services, while its interface and support quality are not good enough for serious international work. Please use the options listed in the Payments section instead.
How quickly do you process my account request or support inquiry?
During normal working hours, if the team has available capacity, account requests and support inquiries are usually processed within a few hours. During weekends and holidays, it may take up to 48 hours. In exceptional cases, such as server incidents, public holidays, or peak workload, new account activation may take up to 72 hours. If you still have not received a reply after that, check your Junk/SPAM folder and e-mail us again.
Is it safe and reliable? Is it worth the money?
Absolutely. We have been working for years, and our server uptime is 99.98% according to an external monitor. You do not have to take only our word for it. Reviews about RadioSoftware.ONLINE are easy to find on
What languages do you speak?
We prefer English because our team uses it for internal communication. Please use English when you send inquiries, support requests, suggestions, comments, or other messages. Please do not use other languages such as Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, and so on. If you do, we may simply not answer.
Can I purchase some software or one particular file I need?
No, you cannot. We do not sell software, manuals, files, or similar materials as standalone digital products. We offer club membership to paid subscribers on an annual basis only.
What will you accept as a contribution?
Only files listed in our Wanted section are accepted. Please do not send any other files you happen to have, and do not send files that you or anyone else renamed, repacked, edited, or otherwise made to look similar to what we are looking for. This will be detected immediately, and you will lose the right to club membership at once.
How do I send you a file for exchange or as a contribution?

I have a huge radio file collection. Can we trade?
We are not interested in huge random file collections. We are looking only for specific files listed in the Wanted section.
If I upload unrequested or common material, will I get access?
No. You will never get access with this approach. Please do not do that.
I am a radio amateur, volunteer, firefighter, person with limited funds, etc. Can I get a discount?
Sorry, but there are no discounts. Every other website visitor is a radio amateur, volunteer, firefighter, person with limited funds, or someone with another reason for asking. We are sorry, but we cannot maintain this project for free or at our own expense.
I am looking for short-term membership, such as one month or a few months.
Sorry, there is no such option.
Do you know every file in your collection?
We have tons of files and do not know every single one of them. However, we know many of them and can try to help with your particular task.
Are there any download limits for members?
Yes. The limits are 3000 MB or 10 files per day. Download speed is up to 2048 kbps, or 4096 kbps for long-term members who meet certain criteria. An account is linked to your ISP and may be used by one connection at a time.

How many contributors do you have?
Over the years, about 1,000 people have helped us, and we thank them sincerely. This is an incredible number, and we are still surprised that so many people around the world are seriously interested in radio communications.
I tried to connect to the server, and now I cannot connect. What happened?
Password brute-force attempts, trying alternate login names, service discovery, IP port scanning, or any other host probing will automatically block the source IP address. The same applies if you keep trying to connect again and again after the message “Please stop hammering.” If you are a club member and ran into this problem, contact us through the Feedback form.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for any reason or under any circumstances. By making a payment, you agree to this rule. If you disagree, do not make a payment.
I disagree, I am in a hurry, I am afraid of fraud, etc.
If you panic easily, need everything urgently in five minutes, suspect fraud everywhere, or expect technical support to answer instantly at 3 a.m., just pass by our service. We do not work with people who create problems out of thin air and bring unrealistic demands.
I am the smartest person in the room, and I am thinking of paying for annual membership, downloading the files I need, and then canceling the payment.
You can try. However, we will provide all evidence that you paid voluntarily and used our services, which means you accepted the offer. As a result, you will lose access, and we will still pursue the dispute through the relevant payment provider and legal channels. If you are in the United States, we will report the matter to the
