How much does membership cost?
$155 USD (United States dollars) per year. Renewal costs the same.
Why is it not free for all?
This is because we do a lot of things to make it all work for you: getting files, testing and sorting them, supporting our members every day (very often including weekends and holidays), investing in the server hardware, paying for traffic and IT support, coding, feature development, etc.
How do I pay you via PayPal / What’s your PayPal address?
Go to the PayPal payment page and select the Send option. Or, if you prefer to pay by using a PayPal
You can pay without any prior agreement with us, and you do not need any invoices. But in any case, drop us a payment notification via e-mail! It's extremely important because PayPal started hiding users' contact details, and as a result, we may not be able to contact you! And one more thing: avoid the AOL mail service; it can entirely block e-mails with no reason.
Is there any other payment method besides PayPal?
Normally, we accept PayPal. But if you're experiencing issues with PayPal, e.g., located in an unsupported country, we can offer you other ways to pay: crypto (USDT via TRC20/TRX or via ERC20/BEP20), Payoneer (you must have a business account), or SWIFT bank transfer. Customers from CIS countries may use YooMoney. If you have a payment card, credit or debit, but PayPal does not allow you to create an account or PayPal has limited you for any reason, ask us and we will issue you a PayPal invoice—in this case, you will be able to pay without opening a PayPal account. How quickly do you process my account request or support inquiry?
Usually, it takes from 1 hour to 24 hours. We always have someone available on any day of the week, but we are not an IT corporation with an SLA. Is it safe and reliable? Is it worth the money?
Absolutely! We have been working for years, and our community counts more than 200 members. Our server uptime is 99.98% per external monitor.
What languages do you speak?
We prefer the English language because our team uses it to communicate internally. Please use it to send us your inquiries, support requests, suggestions, comments, etc. Please don't speak other languages, like Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, and so on. If you use them, we will not hit you back.
Can I purchase some software or one particular file I need?
No, you cannot. We do not sell software as such. We offer premium service to paid subscribers.
What will you accept as a contribution?
Only files are listed in our Wanted section.
How do I send you a file for exchange or as a contribution?
Upload it to the FTP, or send us a link to Mega.nz or Proton Drive. Please do not use Dropbox or Google Drive!
I have a huge radio file collection. Can we trade?
We are not interested in any of the huge file collections. We are looking for particular files listed in the Wanted section.
If I upload some unclaimed or common stuff, will I get access?
You will never get access with this kind of approach. Please don’t do that.
I am a radio amateur, volunteer, firefighter, poor man, etc. Can I have a discount?
Sorry, but there are no discounts at all. Because every second website visitor is a radio amateur, volunteer, firefighter, poor man, or disabled person. We are really sorry, but we cannot maintain the server for free or at our own expense.

Do you know each of your files?
We have tons of files and don’t know every file. But we know many of them and can try to help you with your particular task.
Are there any D/L limits for members?
Yes, they are: 3000 MBytes, or 10 files per day. The download speed is up to 2048 kbps (4096 kbps for constant members who met some creteria). And account is linked to your ISP, one in a moment.
Is there any difference between FTP and web/http(s)?
Both resources show you the same file tree. The difference is that you cannot download or upload files via the web / http(s). But via FTP, you can.

How many contributors do you have?
For 15 years, we have been helped by about 1,000 people, for which many thanks. This is an incredible number, and we are very surprised that so many people in the world are seriously interested in radio communications.
What's your refund policy?
There are no refunds for any reason / any circumstances. You agree to this rule if you have made a payment. If you disagree, DO NOT make a payment!
I do disagree; I am in a hurry; I am afraid of fraud; etc.
If you are a psychopath, if you need everything urgently in 5 minutes, if you suspect fraud everywhere, if you want technical support to answer you instantly at 3 am, just pass by our service. We don't work with people who create problems out of the blue and have unrealistic demands.
I'm the smartest ass, and I'm thinking of paying for an annual membership, downloading the files I need, and then canceling the payment.
You can try this. However, we will provide all evidence that you paid on your own, of your own free will, and used our services, which means acceptance of the offer. As a result, you will lose access to the server, and we will still get your money. Also, PayPal will mark your account, and in the future you will face account limitations or even closure without the possibility of re-opening. Then, if you are from the States, we will report to the U.S. Department of Justice, the State Consumer Protection Office, and the FTC. Try to play this game.
