Public read-only FTP credentials: server: ftp.radiosoftware.online, login — radiosoftware / password — radiosoftware. Note for the dumb: read-only means that you will not be able to download files but will only be able to see their names! Also, using any other login names (with typos, or even 'admin', 'root') will cause your IP address to be automatically blocked. The same will happen when trying to find services running on the host and scanning IP ports.
Attention! Here, on the web site, you just see the list of files we have in our radio software collection. To get things going smoothly, check out the information below. There are NO downloads or uploads possible via web/http(s)! To get access to the files, you MUST be a member. The procedure for joining is very simple:
Have you read the above, understood it, and are ready to go further? Email us at moc.liamnotorp@erawtfosoidar. Otherwise, DON'T bother us, please.
And in any case, read the FAQ.
There is no access for freeloaders! Absolutely no! To claim your access, you must upload something from the Wanted list or become a paid member. There are only 2 options!
This server is for advanced users who are interested in radio software;
This server is not for radio dummies, beginners, people who want something hot and sweet for nothing, freeloaders, etc.
There are no downloads for common radiosoftware / radiosoftware account, for guest account, anonymous account, etc.;
Only things from Wanted list;
For people who don't understand the first time, other files will not be accepted as contributions. For example, Hamradio freeware programs, Hamradio manuals, ad brochures, spec sheets, etc.;
Also, we don't want your junk like TYT, TYTERA, Baofeng, Puxing, widely used hamradio software, Chinese 'Kenwood' and similar stuff. We hate all this shit.
Also, we do not need files available from popular web sites like Austech, mods.dk, ham.dmz.ro, repeater-builder.com and other public collections.
Also, we have access to most current Motorola, Kenwood and Hytera software. Don't try to offer regular files from official manufacturers' portals, like MyView, Kenwood Tools, Hytera Partner Portal, etc.
All files conflicting with the specified above terms are candidates for deletion.
Please find the appropriate directory for your content, e.g., /KENWOOD/SOFTWARE/ if you want to upload Kenwood software, /MOTOROLA/SERVICE_MANUALs/ if you want to upload Motorola service manual, etc.;
All files uploaded to root directories will be deleted;
Compress all your data in a ZIP or RAR archive with no password protection;
Create a description file for your archive(s). Use the same name with the added ".txt" extension, e.g., "kpg-100.rar.txt"; Briefly describe the contents of the archive: brand (for example, Kenwood), applicable radios (example, TK-880), file type (example, a Service manual or FPU), etc.;
Please use English and Latin characters only in archives' filenames and TXT description files.
Upload the created archive to the appropriate directory (see step #3.1);
Also, as well as FTP, you can upload your stuff to cloud storage (Mega.nz preferred).
Send an e-mail to moc.liamnotorp@erawtfosoidar with an FTP path (e.g. /KENWOOD/SOFTWARE/KPG-100D_v1.40.zip) or a link to cloud storage;
Wait for a reply for a day or a few;
If your contribution is junk, useless, or violates the site rules, we reserve the right to keep silent and not hit you back.
Password-protected uploads will be deleted.
Non-completed uploads (e.g., connection fails, user breaks, etc.) will be automatically renamed to the .bad extension and marked for deletion. In this case, re-upload your file from the beginning with a new name (exactly the same name as the old one will not work until the old file is deleted by administration).
Don't use Internet Explorer as an FTP client; please use correctly working FTP clients, like FileZilla (freely available);
Don't try to open more than 1 (ONE!) connection with the FTP server! Set up your FTP client appropriately, and don't try to run more than 1 (ONE!) instance of the FTP client;
Are you a member and having problems with the FTP server? If you have read all the above, read through the initial setup guide we sent you, and are still having problems with the FTP server, e-mail us at moc.liamnotorp@erawtfosoidar.
We keep private any information on users of this server, for example, IP addresses, e-mails, etc. Therefore, you can feel yourselves in safety.
We have never provided our users' data to anyone and do not plan to do so. We are like a Proton service, only better.
